Disappointing colour rendition compared to proof.

I can see on this shirt that a white underlay was printed first to make sure the colour shows well, but the underlay and final colour aren't lined up properly, so the colour isn't vivid or punchy as in the original artwork provided. Would not order again without modifying art. I would have preferred someone in the art department to let me know, as it seems obvious to me now that the lines must be too thin.
