I’m very happy with the quality of the sticker, but even more so I’m happy with the service that I received. I made an error on my first piece of art, didn’t catch it in the digital proof and I did not realize until I received it. I reached out, sent revised art, I got the my reprints gratis. which in and of itself is a what wonderful customer service and relationship building is all about. Even though it’s an online store, there are folks bringing a humanness to it. I will continue ordering this sticker from SM. based on that personalized customer service, more than the quality, which when you get right down to it. you can pretty much get anywhere.
