Very disappointed

I took advantage of this opportunity to test the idea of printing some posters of a separate project that I have in mind for the future. I provided artwork that admittedly would not have fit exactly in the 11 x 17“ space. However, the printed poster that I received did not even fill the most space possible. What I ended up with had a huge white border around it. Even though this was supposed to be a good deal, what you provided was a waste of time and my money! I would have appreciated it if you at least gave me the largest print possible in the space allowed. But you did not. Do I need to send you a photo of what you sent, or do you know what you did. If you know what you did, I would be even more unhappy! I would rather have the largest print possible in the space allowable than just getting my money back. But since this has been such a waste of my time, I would rather get my money back, and wouldn’t mind if you at least attempted to correct your error and give me the largest reproduction possible as well. I have been a loyal customer of yours for years and have ordered stickers printed with our organizations logo on a fairly regular basis. I would hope that you would consider me as a good customer and am surprised and very disappointed that Sticker Mule has let me down. Thank you for listening . Corey Corbett 303-809-6628.
