Letters filled in

This was a re-do of an order recently placed. On the proof everything looked good, but when we received many of the letters just looked like blocks. I called customer service and they agreed and said would re-run them - they adjusted the fill and font. However, I just received them and they look almost the same. It would have been better to just have a new font, which I could have sent if they couldn't make the other one work. I will order again as I accept that we could have done better on the artwork ourselves.
