After I submitted my initial design, I was given the first proof to review and accept/deny. It was too small, so with a little conversation through e-mail, my stickers were sized up and the price adjusted. There happened to be a fluke with their system while updating the order status, so the sticker production/shipment was delayed. Upon learning of the problem, the sticker mule guy I'd been talking to went above and beyond to solve the problem. Without my solicited attempts to fix the problem, he updated the sticker order, rushed it through production and shipment, and gave me a considerable store credit for future orders to compensate for the inconvenience. I was very happy to have been treated with such professional service, feel "taken care of," and am stoked with my stickers. They are of wonderful quality, and everyone that has come in contact with them freaking love them. Even though there was a little hiccup on my first order, I can not wait to choose another of my sticker designs to have printed by sticker mule. Although there are so many companies out here today in search of their own satisfaction, I have a renewed sense of satisfaction that sticker mule is out for that of mine, not their own. Very professional service, hulk quality work. If you are considering having sticker mule handle your stickers, be like Nike and JUST DO IT. You won't regret it.
