UPS say you forgot to pay the duty/tax, so I actually did not receive any stickers from you! It's fundamental that if you send out your products to your customers that you PUT ENOUGH STAMPAGE ON IT!! PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ASAP, you bunch of amateurs! No, I will never ever order from you again of course, what do you think? How dare you send me a review request without even checking if you sent me what I paid for in the first place. You could have checked the UPS status page yourself. Just make sure the stickers reach me ASAP, and also I expect some sort of discount on my next order.
