Pretty disappointed, colours significantly darker and my pattern is missing?

I just received my packaging tape and I'm significantly underwhelmed. I had a light green floral pattern on-top of the dark green background and it's completely invisible, you can't see the pattern at all and the colours are much darker despite supplying a CMYK file. I just took off the tape they used to keep the roll taped up and it took off the ink from the print so that's 2 labels ruined. Pretty disappointed.
