Hard to read

I've had holographic stickers where only the font and outline were holographic but when it's holographic over the whole design, it makes the contrast soften and text hard to read. The proof was not very helpful either. I asked if it would be dark and they said no...but it is. I don't understand why they print without quality assurance and ask if you'd want your stickers to look like that? I thought holographic would level up the design not dim it down. Other stickers I've ordered are bright and cheery as designed but not these last two. Overall from other designs, I've had better experiences than with these last two. ☹️ I even brightened it the second time and it's so murky.
