Incorrect Scaling Ruined The Effect

I've been ordering stickers from StickerMule for almost three years now, and this was the first time I've been disappointed with the outcome. When I placed my order, I included a visual reference of what my aim was and the effect I was going for utilizing two sticker designs: https://imgur.com/a/stickermule-review-GxuLuD5 <-- includes what I received. The print quality has always been immaculate, I have no problems with that, but even with me double checking the measurements of the proofs before approving them, I didn't expect a company who knows what they're doing to mess up the scaling of the two stickers so badly. The effect I was going for is completely ruined and I don't have the time or resources to get them reprinted. Do better.
