Every single pin had a defect

I ordered a pack of 10 pins. My first order, every single pin had an issue with it. The issues I had were either the background of the pin had colors missing, seems as though the ink got chipped off, the sides of the pins were chipped and damaged, and throughout each design, there were ink dots sporadically placed where there shouldnt have been. I ended up speaking with sticker mule by contacting them via Twitter dm and they were incredibly helpful with getting a brand new batch sent out. They ensured there would be extra quality control. I got my new order super quickly, and again, every single pin had a combo of the same issues as listed above. I reached out to them yet again and they kindly gave me a full refund, but unfortunately I would not order acrylic pins from here again. Should you decide to purchase acrylic pins, please know that you WILL have to undo the pin backing and add your own adhesive, as the original pin backing/glue comes off with the lightest amount of pressure. TLDR; While the shipping was super quick and they provided incredibly helpful assistance, I wouldn’t order again as the quality was terrible for both my original order and my replacement order.
