We tried relaying the proper information for the color we wanted and it just didn't work out. Our box printer matched the colors using the supplied AI file, but sticker mule for some reason wasn't able to match the color even though we have them the same exact CMYK color.  disappointed as we now have boxes and stickers that don't match really at all. I think when doing color matching, customer should use a mobile phone and view CMYK color on mobile phone and obtain the code, then send to sticker mule. Sticker Mule should then use mobile phone to view the CMYK color and then make sure the end product matches that color.
