Disappointed

First of all customer service with Sticker Mule is top notch, and free replacements were sent. They're response time was almost immediate. I didn't have high expectations for these, and ordered some when they had a sale, just to check them out. Many of the pins had fallen off of the acrylic front when they arrived in the mail. Pins really need to be GLUED on, rather than using the foam sticker that they use. Protective film is very difficult to remove, and acrylic face will scratch very easily. BUT everything else I've ever ordered from Sticker Mule has been of excellent quality.
