QA seems lacking, unfortunately

It really hurts to have to rate these so low because I really love the product quality and the customer service I've gotten over the years from Sticker Mule, but in reading through many of the other reviews I have to say it's a shame that the quality of these is just not good. Many of the pins arrived with noticeable issues, and since I ordered these as products for my shop, I'll have to offer over half of them as B-Grade items. The majority of the issues were significant chipping on the edges (I did check under the peel-back protective layer to see if it was just from that, but the damage is definitely on the acrylic itself). A small handful of pins have visibly chipped artwork. According to some artists who are more knowledgeable than me (as this is my first time ordering custom acrylic pins), the backs should be sealed, but that doesn't seem to be part of the process here. I imagine that might help save the artwork from chipping, though. Pin-back placement on the acrylic itself is mostly okay, but there were one or two that were particularly wonky and off to the side (which will make the pin sit weirdly once placed), and one that was missing its pin back entirely (I found the pin back stuck to the edge of another pin before I found the pin that was missing its back). I re-attached it but I don't have faith that the adhesive will hold after a gentle tug test, so I guess I'm keeping that one for me instead of selling it in the shop. A while back I got an order of acrylic keychains that didn't have all of these issues (pin-specific issues aside) so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be ordering pins again any time soon unless the QA and general manufacturing process improves. One thing I will say for them though is that the artwork came out really vibrant and crisp, and the ones that aren't chipped look really really great!
