A hazard

What started out to be a cute, novelty idea, turned to frustrating, then escalated into a scary safety/choking hazard. The pinbacks are completely ineffective as a retention device, which allows the backs and the pins to fall off randomly. We are now presented with hard, pointy bits for pets to pick up off the floor and chew/swallow. Hopefully the pins that have already been distributed can be recalled before any are ingested.
