Inconsistent Printing

The past couple of orders from sticker mule were inconsistent. For the die-cut stickers, the print wasn't aligned, or the cut was off. When this happened with a huge order I needed for my business a few months back, I reached out to Sticker Mule and got them replaced with no hassle. I had a great experience with customer service! For the glitter stickers I just ordered, the cuts were a bit jagged and the quality isn't really up to my standard to sell them. I probably won't buy the glitter ones again but I would give the die cuts another chance. From a business perspective, it's pretty disappointing that my orders have been so inconsistent because I love the quality of the sticker paper!
