Merch not what I ordered

Didn't receive what I ordered, which was unfortunate because it was my first order and the contents were suppose to be a acknowledgment to our amazing volunteers. The process of developing the stickers, confirmations of product shipment and delivery was smooth and efficient. Just ended up being a failed effort. I'll hope there's some way to fix this situation, we shall see.
