Make sure you have a border

I wanted it to look like a patch of my logo, which is a shield, so I didn't want to add a border. I saw in the video that it could be done, so I proceeded to order. The cut was inconsistent with areas removed on some where they weren't on others. I would only order again if I would want a border added to my image.
