How thick are your custom labels?

Our custom labels are made from a BOPP material that's approximately 6.4 mil (160~ microns).

Keep in mind, mil is not short for millimetre. Mil is a commonly used measurement for products like labels and stickers.

1 mil is equal to 0.001 inches or 0.0254 millimetres.

Label: 2.4 mil (.0024 inches +/- 10%) Adhesive: 0.46 mil (.00046 inches +/-10%) Backing: 2.2 mil (.0022 inches +/- 10%)
