Its hard to be truly fair as I would say a perfect 5 if I know what to compare to other Vendors-as this sticking process is as good as it CAN get? In other words, how good can it get when a tattoo is not real and stuck on for a limited amount of time?  I really like it (art work perfect) but time will tell as it does wrinkle with skin when bending arm etc., but looks great when holding straight!!  :) The delivery process and UPS status/alerts and delivery received was Stellar-VERY HAPPY!!!
