I don’t even know how they managed to rearrange our logo and turn the W into an M.. I went to “reorder” assuming that I’d receive the same exact order with my same exact logo, but somehow they managed to rearrange our logo and it arrived completely different than what it was. In their defence, I should’ve reviewed the proof, but since it was a reorder and they had the logo on file, I assumed that there was no chance of something going wrong on their end.
