A little disappointed

First, let me say . . . I have used Sticker Mule many times for labels and have always felt very good about the products & customer service that I've received. In the past, if a image that I've sent over doesn't look quite right or wont show up well in printing, that will be noted in the proof, giving me an option to adjust the proof, tinker with it or approve as is. This particular time, the proof was sent over with no notes, so I assumed that it would print well and look exactly as it did on my computer. It didn't. In SM defense, they printed exactly what I approved. But the labels did not have enough contrast in color to show up as well as I would have liked. In the past, they alerted me to that and I was expecting that if that was an issue that they would do the same. Also, since the labels were black, there were some areas on the edge of the labels that were white. Not sure what that was about.
