Still waiting

It’s been about a month since I ordered ten buttons which would have been a half’a day crafternoon project for me, even if I had absolutely nothing to make buttons and had to go out and purchase each individual item before starting. They said they would arrive several days ago, after already a month of waiting, and now I’ve received a request to write a review of a product that I have yet to receive. Would I purchase from this company again? Obviously not.
