Poor Quality / don't get wet

This tattoo was very odd, I've never had one made like it before. First of all, the colors were a bit off but that wasn't that big of a deal. Second, it feels very plastic-y. You can always feel it on you as you move, almost like a thin layer of cling wrap is on you. Third off, the ink washed away as soon as hot water hit it (the day after application) leaving behind a pink image of the tattoo that was peeling at the edges. Essentially, the tattoo can't get wet or you will have ink running off of it. This might be okay if you just want to promote your brand at an event but other than that it's not usable.
