Extremely delayed order.

I still haven't received the order a week later than when it was expected. I selected and paid for express delivery and I didn't even receive an email / sms that the order is delayed. UPS - the courier said they had no way of contacting me. Stickermule did - and they didn't - despite them knowing that the order hasn't been delivered (their tracking system does report that the order hasn't yet been delivered). Poor service. We missed the date to have the stickers available for our event. Note: There *was* a 1day strike that surely affected delivery, but it couldn't have affected it that much!
