Reprint of Charms

This was a reprint of an order that had some slight defects. The customer service rep & design team were super helpful and quick to remedy the errors with a new proof and offer to reprint. This batch has much improved color but this is the 3rd order in a row of these type charms to have several pieces that aren’t usable and it’s a reprint from previous unusable pieces. Not sure what’s up with quality control lately.
