Almost perfect charms

This is the second time I have ordered a product from here. Like always the shipping, response and service was impeccable and I appreciate how considerate the workers are. However I am a bit upset that when I received my charms nearly all of the charms, around the rims, were chipped all over. I don't think it was the delivery seeing there wasn't any plastic at the bottom of the bag so I assume during the production there was an issue which caused my charms to be chipped all over. Other than that I love the consideration to put in the metal rings and the hole. Over all highly impressed and look forward to ordering from here again.
