Interesting

This is my second time ordering from this company, first time for the pendants. They arrived apparently safely, but when I opened the box, I saw that the bag they were kept in had some residue of the acrylic? I think maybe when they had been sanded, residue hadn’t been cleaned off properly, so they came in a bit of dust. I wasn’t particularly as bothered by that as I was when I saw flakes from the print, not on the design, but on the bag. Thankfully I could only find one of my 20 ordered pendants that had arrived damaged. The quality of print is good, but there was also a strange dried-glue like substance (only way I can describe it) around the back of the design - I removed the protective steal from one, but obviously that didn’t affect the back of it. My first order was wonderful, everything arrived as should, practically flawless execution, so I was full of hope for my second and third order. Sadly my third order, which were more pins similar to my first, arrived in almost the same condition as the second, only minus any big damage. Only some imperfections along the edges and some seals had bubbles underneath. I will be emailing to see if anything went wrong with my order, hopefully we can figure out why my experiences were so different!
