During the chaos of the holidays, my order was delivered to the wrong address (the UPS picture of proof of delivery was not my house). I emailed on a Saturday night and immediately received an email response with an apology for the inconvenience (even though it was not Sticker Mule's fault) and a resolution to get me new ones ASAP. The product is an extremely high quality - I will absolutely be ordering again and more in the future!!!
