Inaccurate Shipping ETA

I ordered a tape sample as an experiment to see if it would be something we could use at work. I have been continuously tracking the order, and have not once received an accurate ETA. Originally, it was supposed to arrive on 02/26/2025, however, the tracking updated and showed that it would be received on 02/21/2025. It is now 02/27/2025, and I have yet to receive my order although the website shows my order has been competed. I will definitely not be using Sticker Mule for business-related products if I cannot rely on them. Honesty goes a long way! If you make it clear to me that shipping will take a long time, then I will expect shipping to take a long time. However, lying does nothing but set unachievable expectations for consumers. Extremely disappointed.
