Great Stuff...no joke!

Keeping in mind that everybody's taste buds process flavors differently, some say it's too sweet, others...it's too hot. For me, it's very flavorful, with an "attention-getting and adventurous" level of heat, that finishes an intro of nice "fruity" sweetness...rather than the "sugary" sweetness of so many sauces. High quality ingredients, well blended heat and sweet, and really worth a try if you like hot sauce.
