Print and size issues

The print process left a residue over the entire platen area that washing would not get out. There is a color change, while though faint, is still quite noticeable. Before washing, this residue was very stiff, and there were bits of a whitish residue on other parts of the shirt. After washing, the shirt feels "okay" (not great). Also, the large seems to run a bit smaller than the last two large shirts I ordered. It appears they changed shirt suppliers.
