Great Customer service and product

I've ordered from this company before and they're always delivered quality. This last order was no exception. However my stickers were delivered to the wrong address. I had my address right, it was the UPS delivery person. I saw the picture they uploaded and it didn't look like my house. I went around the neighborhood to try to find a front porch that matched the picture uploaded by the delivery person. I had no luck and it felt sketchy walking up to people's front door to check for packages. I reported it to sticker mule and ups. UPS had me fill out all sorts of stuff and I never got any clear answer from them. Sticker Mule reprinted and shipped out my order without an issue. So thank you Sticker Mule for absorbing a cost that wasn't your error to begin with. You'll be getting business from me again and I'll help spread the word.
