This is one of my favorite companies and I will continue buying products from them. On this particular order, I don’t think I understood the proof on the 11x17 print that I ordered, which did not crop my image to the 11x17 size, but left 1in. white borders on each side of the picture, making it not look right in my 11x17 frame. Next time I’ll pay more attention to the proof, but it wasn’t easy to tell since the borders are white and so is the website’s background.
