Off-center, sticky, bleeded edges

This was my first time testing the t-shirt printing and now I can say I'll never order one again. The print is very far to the left, noticeably so far off from the approved proof. The edges of the print seem to have bled as well, the edges of the art is really fuzzy and off-color. And the quality in general is not good - the shirt is thin and cheap, the screenprint is super sticky/gummy. I would never wear this shirt, not even as pjs or a gym shirt.
