Received order quickly & material is good, but Customer Service knocked it out of the park!

I like the quality of the keychains and rings. I will be ordering again, but in a larger size (I didn’t pay attention to size when I ordered, so that is on me). My logo was not very bright and looked faded behind the clear acrylic. I assumed the keychain would be solid white with logo printed on top, like the proof looked on my screen. I chalked this up to my lack of attention, but when Customer Service read my review, they reached out immediately to attempt to correct my concerns. They had me send a picture and their production artist made some adjustments to my logo so that it will print better and even gave me a credit to use towards my next order. I appreciate a company that is willing to make things right, even when the customer has some blame in the outcome. Thank you for being an amazing company! I will be a repeat client and refer others to Sticker Mule as well!
