Once again defected items

Once again I received defected items on my order. It seems like routine now. Before to place the order I even kindly asked to do a quality check and to make sure all the pieces are correct with no defect. Let’s make it clear that I don’t even like the fact that is printed once side only, but I order from sticker Mule because unfortunately I live in a country where delivery is very long, and this is the only quality SM have, fast shipping. Now I order quite a lot from this website and in more than one occasion I received defected items. This time they where 3. As I pay to have the quantity request, ALL OF THE ITEMS SHOULD BE CHECKED BEFORE TO BE SHIPPED. either you check the pieces, to make sure all of them are with no defected, or you send EXTRA pieces, to cover the loss that customer have due to the defected one. And also, if you print one side only, you should at least put some protective film, in way that items not get damage as print once again was partially missing. If I pay you for 20 pieces, I want ALL of them to be in good condition so I can use and sell it. them.
