Disappointed with Misprinted Pouches

I’m very dissatisfied with my recent order of custom pouches. The final product does not match the approved proof—the design is noticeably misaligned and printed off-center on every pouch. This inconsistency makes the entire batch look unprofessional and unusable for my brand. I expected the design to be printed in the correct position as confirmed in the proof, but the execution failed to meet basic quality standards.
