great customer service

I ordered Save the Dates for my wedding from sticker mule. When I received them they were printed bigger then they were supposed to be. Which means they would not fit the envelopes I had already ordered. I sent the company an email and they responded right away by saying they were printed by a new guy and they would send me a new order if I liked. However, that would take another week. After finding out I could not have them cut at office depot(due to the adhesive leaving residue on the blades) and realizing I did not want to cut each one by hand. I had to just buy some new envelopes. I emailed sticker mule asking for a partial refund to cover the cost of the envelopes and they refunded me that and a little more. Moral of the story: Sticker Mule responds to emails quickly and they are willing to do what is needed to make an order right.
