Ordine non arrivato / Order not arrived

Sfortunatamente dopo aver ricevuto subito il sample, positivamente ho avviato l'ordine con data di arrivo entro l'8 aprile. Ad oggi sfortunatamente (12 aprile), non ho ricevuto l'ordine quindi non posso ritenermi soddisfatto. Unfortunally, after receiving immediatly the samples, i positvely decided to order and they told me that i will receive the order at 8th april. Today (12 th april) unofrtunally i've not yet received anything. I can't say that i'm satisfied about all...
