Despite my mistake in ordering the incorrect size mailer for my small business products, I submitted an inquiry for return. I was replied to IMMEDIATELY by Tom, who offered a generous credit to my account for future orders. Incredibly generous! I have always been hugely satisfied with everything I have received, but THIS act of kindness far exceeded expectations!
