Product delivered to wrong address

I specifically provided the delivery address for my supplier company and paid an extra $69 for this service. However, you delivered it to my billing address and still charged me for the shipping, even though shipping was supposed to be free within the USA. Thanks for delaying my product launch date. Great job. Can you fix this?
