Website not intuitive - customer service excellent

When ordering off the site you must both approve the proof AND click start production. This was not apparent to me and my order was delayed as I did not know I needed to also click Start Production. I contacted customer service and they were very responsive and were able to rush my order so it arrived in time for my event.
