Sticker Mule reprinted the t-shirt after a casual comment to them about the QR code within artwork not scanning properly.  This was my own artwork design, and did not expect a reprint offer.  They not only reprinted and posted free of charge, but did so extremely quickly, reaching the UK within a week.  Having used them previously for t-shirts as well as keyrings and stickers, I am constantly impressed with their dedication to their customers.
