When I received my order, I realized that I was not happy with the design. This was due to my misunderstanding of the proof that was sent. After an initial disappointment, customer service got back to me immediately and offered me a free reprint, even though this was not expected since the mistake was mine. They were so understanding and so quick in their responses. I will definitely recommend and use their services again.
