I like these charms, but 5 out of my order of 50 were not perfect. Some of the lettering was scratched off by the time I opened up the bag. It's not good that they're so fragile, especially if being used as a bag charm or keychain, if they are just going to be rubbed off or scratched off so easily.

I had these made for my daughter's Scout Troop and everyone loved them! I thought the blank white back on the charms was not great but the girls used it to put their other favorite stickers on the charm and personalized it to their own taste ... very creative. Couldn't be happier!

Love the acrylic charms that I ordered. They can easily be made into key chains, earrings... anything you can think of. comes with a protective film on acrylic to prevent scratches. Really happy with the final product.

The charms turned out great and the customer service was exceptional for this project. Only two hiccups, a couple printing of the charms were damaged or misprinted

This was a reprint of an order that had some slight defects. The customer service rep & design team were super helpful and quick to remedy the errors with a new proof and offer to reprint. This batch has much improved color but this is the 3rd order in a row of these type charms to have several pieces that aren’t usable and it’s a reprint from previous unusable pieces.
