Sweet drops of fire!

Honestly? I was expecting a hot sauce that would burn off my taste buds, a sauce too potent to put on mere food, a sauce too hot to enjoy. But I was so pleasantly surprised to discover it was none of those! There is definitely fire in the bottle, but it tastes good. And it's a bit sweet. Thicker and less vinegary than Tabasco. I put it on nachos and burritos and loved every bite! Yes, it's hot, but it doesn't take away the flavor of your food or your taste buds. Now I need a backup bottle before my kids come home for Christmas...
