Unfortunately disappointed

The first set of pins I ordered arrived with scuffs and dents on more than half of the pins, likely due to the fact that there was no sort of paper or bubble wrap in the box to protect them. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement, but the second set arrived the exact same way. It's a big shame because the pins would be fine if they didn't get so dinged up along the way. Unfortunately I won't be ordering again.
