Fantastic Customer Service

After receiving the key chains, I had some issues with the final product. StickerMule reached out to me to discuss and we had a very good back and forth conversation. I had 3 issues, with the biggest being the sharp edges of the final square product. I have come to find out that you can request the corners to be rounded off by leaving a note in the comment section. I would highly recommend this as the edges are quite sharp. Now that I know this, I would eliminate this as a concern. The second concern is the durability of the image. The back is unprotected and I am concerned that it may scratch off with regular use. I can't say for certain that this is the case. I am going to observe how it works for a while and will check back in. And finally, the image is somewhat muted under indoor light because of the acrylic thickness. Great under sunlight. I am getting used to it now, and it is by no means terrible, so I would just say to look at it under different lighting conditions and understand the limitations of the technology. And I can not stress enough the quality of the customer service. There was no need to for them to spend the time with me interacting but they took the time in a very pleasant, educational manner. In a world where quality customer service is difficult to come by anymore, this is very refreshing. I would highly recommend StickerMule for this reason alone.
