How can you not love this sauce. It goes on just about everything. From scrambled eggs to udon noodles. It has just the right amount of bite without being overpowering. A nice heat on the back of your tongue. Put a few drops on chocolate and let it melt in your mouth. You will experience the sweet and then heat. To me, a perfect paring.
