I work with the physically disabled, specifically in the field of selling accessible vehicles. Recently, a customer reached out and needed assistance in selling their accessible van, as their daughter passed away, and they had recieved a great offer on the van from a commercial transportation company in their home state of New Jersey. However, in order to facilitate the sale, the van required a decal containing specific info., to appease the NJ DOT.,. In doing business with Sticker Mule in the past, I thought I’d give them a shot. Needless to say, they came through - and after Sticker Mule hearing the family’s story, they created the decal at zero cost. This family had been offered considerably less by Mobility Works (the nation’s largest mobility dealer) as they (Mobility Works) always attempt to steal customer trade-ins and buybacks. Simply put - this little $14.00 dollar decal provided the family with $10,000 more vs., what Mobility Works had offered - allowing them to not only pay off their loan but have some left over. I was astonished by their level of compassion and sense of urgency. As companies like “this” are a rare breed.
